- Are tickets refundable if I am unable to make it?
Sorry all tickets are non-refundable unless the event is postponed or cancelled.
- Can I bring my own fold up chair?
Yes
- Will I be filmed or photographed?
By purchasing a ticket and entering the premises of the event site you consent to being filmed and photographed and that your image may be used for promotional purposes.
- Is the event dog friendly?
You are welcome to bring a loveable companion to all locations except Guildford, but they must be kept on a lead at all times.
No dogs are permitted in Guildford due to restrictions in place by the site owne
- Will the food be halal?
Some traders will be serving halal food but this information will not be available until closer to the event.
- What if I have a food allergy?
Allergen information will be available from the traders on the day. Please make any allergies known to food traders before purchasing and they will be able to assist you.
- Can I bring my own food and drink?
We have a huge selection of amazing traders selling delicious cuisines from around the Caribbean so bringing food & drink on to the site is prohibited.
- Will I need cash?
There are no cash points on the event site, all traders will take card payments but we always advise attendees to bring some cash in case payment systems go down due to poor internet services.
- Is there car parking?
Parking is available at these locations: Stevenage, Maidstone, Haywards Heath, Basingstoke, and Guildford.
Please note that parking is not available on the event site or nearby roads at other locations. We encourage all attendees to enjoy a stroll to the event or use public transport for a hassle-free experience.
- Are You Missing Tickets?
If you are unable to locate your ticket prior to the event, you can present your conformation email together with ID to gain entry to the event.
