Missing Tickets


Your event tickets will be emailed directly to the address you used during purchase.

If you haven’t received your tickets yet, don’t worry! Here are a few quick tips to locate them:

  1. Check your Spam folder: Sometimes emails can be filtered out as spam. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder for an email with the subject line containing “Taste” (or the event name).
  2. Search your inbox: Try searching your entire inbox for the keyword “Taste” (or the event name) to see if the email might be hiding somewhere.
  3. Still can’t find it? If you’ve checked both folders and still can’t locate your tickets, please contact us for further assistance.
