The visitor requiring a carer to attend must have a valid ticket and show documentation on arrival to prove that they are in receipt of one of the following:
– Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Attendance Allowance (AA), Blind Persons Registration, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP), Credibility’s Access Card with +1 symbol or CEA Card
– Unfortunately we cannot accept blue/orange badges, HANDS cards, carers passport etc. Without proof as listed standard admission entry charges will apply.
– All further members of the party will pay full price, the free admission is for one carer only. If more than one carer’s ticket is required (to assist the same individual), a letter from a GP/Consultant/Local Authority or similar stating the number of carers required by the individual is also required.
