We are committed to making our events as accessible and inclusive as possible. Visitors who require the assistance of a carer are entitled to one free carer access, subject to the terms below. Carers do not need at ticket in advance, carer access will be granted on arrival, pending documentation checks.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for complimentary carer access, the individual requiring assistance must:
1.) Hold a valid ticket for the event.
2.) Present valid government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport or driver’s license) on arrival.
3.) Provide supporting documentation (listed below) that clearly demonstrates their eligibility for carer support.
