FREE CHILD ENTRY

Entry is free for children under 14, no ticket required, this is for standard event entry only. This does not include entry to the VIP area or any VIP access. Due to limited capacity, a VIP ticket will be required for children over the age of 5.

VIP TICKETS

Fast track entry, VIP area access, private bar, private toilets, private food stand, prime stage view and one free rum punch or soft drink.

Children under 5 are permitted access with a VIP ticket holding parent, children over 5 need a VIP ticket to access the VIP area.

REGISTERED CARERS

Registered carers do not require a ticket for entry, as long as they with the person that requires a carer and have the required credentials.

THE VISITOR REQUIRING A CARER TO ATTEND MUST HAVE A VALID TICKET AND SHOW DOCUMENTATION ON ARRIVAL TO PROVE THAT THEY ARE IN RECEIPT OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Attendance Allowance (AA), Blind Persons Registration, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP), Credibility’s Access Card with +1 symbol or CEA CardUnfortunately we cannot accept blue/orange badges, HANDS cards, carers passport etc. Without proof as listed standard admission entry charges will apply.All further members of the party will pay full price, the free admission is for one carer only. If more than one carer’s ticket is required (to assist the same individual), a letter from a GP/Consultant/Local Authority or similar stating the number of carers required by the individual is also required.
